We glance at other people’s lives whether it’s our friends, family or idols online and compare our own lives to theirs and ask ourselves, ‘are we doing enough?’
We are dreamers, believers and over-achievers. But often with this lifestyle comes a cost. Whilst we are pushing ourselves to our limits to achieve what might be impossible, anxiety and stress bubble inside of us. And where do we turn to when we’re stuck down this rabbit-hole?
With long waits to seek professional help, what can we possibly do to help ourselves in the meantime?

HOW IT ALL BEGAN...
My own experience with this is what led me to develop The Calming Club, where I share the practical resources I used (and still do use!), to soften the weight of how I felt.
Feeling the benefits these tools had for myself, I knew how much they could benefit others too.
Over the two years that The Calming Club has been running, we have evolved into a welcoming, and empathetic community.
Here, ambitious individuals across the globe are integrating our products into their busy lifestyles to assist the easing of stress and anxiety. And, as we evolve, we are producing more products, and more resources designed to help you develop reasonable mindfulness methods for anxiety and stress relief.
